Do you know about Mamouz?

Mamouz, vous connaissez ?
First, let’s talk a bit about the context: Covid pandemic, this moment when laughing became a necessity. I was in Annecy, the shops were closed. I was browsing, idle, on Instagram and I found by chance “Mamouz”: an account only with jokes. This idea can seem simplistic, but it acted like a breath of fresh air for me. The simple happiness of finding back the pleasure to laugh! I immediately thought that the owner of the account must be awesome and that we would get along very well in real life. Then, when I had the opportunity to meet Julie, 6 months ago, I was very excited…

And I wasn’t mistaken, we immediately “clicked” during this long lunch. Ideas were bursting out, we jumped from pillar to post but we understood each other. Mind you, having as a life philosophy happiness, colour and having fun, we immediately bonded! With her smiling eyes, she said that her mother loves Victoire, we went rue Madame, she ran everywhere with an incredible and contagious energy, she was like me…

Julie is a journalist, and I need to tell Victoire’s history, it’s like that that everything started…

Hey Julie, can you introduce yourself?

I am a journalist, slash director of an MBA of audiovisual production, TV host of a show on the channel RMC Story and very involved on the side of women! In short, I am busy. Oh yes, and I love to dress to play, to give me strength and to have fun…

Why did you accept to work with Camille and Victoire?

Because I am Mamouz or Julie Mamou-Mani, miss Joy and LOL on Instagram. I look on the bright side of life. My collaboration with Victoire, it was self-evident. Victoire could even be renamed Mamouz because we share so must taste in common. Colours, happiness, embroideries, original pieces of clothing that make people happy…

Julie is going to control our Instagram account @victoire_paris from time to time. She is going to tell the Victoire story in her way, I hope you will enjoy it…

Until then, we made you a “happiness” selection.

Have a nice weekend,
Camille
