Hurray my friends! Shaft is in reality a French original creation because the brand was born in 1964, under the drive of the creator from Montpellier Monsieur Shafir. It’s in 1968 that the brand arrives in Italy.
In May 1968, denim becomes the symbol of the youth liberty and the cultural and social changes of the time. Shaft develops quickly and properly, so long skirts and trousers, everybody wears jeans! In 2004, it’s the radiant Francesca Bacci who takes over the brand. And today, her twins, Letizia and Lorenzo, are in charge, but careful, their mother keeps an eye out, especially with historic clients such as Victoire…
The brand advocates for the quality of its products, jeans are entirely made in Italy. Because it attaches importance to creation, the company invests in R&D and is relentlessly looking to renew itself using new technics and new ideas.
