Every year, in December, the colour-specialist Pantone website reveals the brand new colour of the year, the one that you will see everywhere in 2025. We will not get around it. We know, because every year It’s the same way, it will fill up our wardrobes, our houses, and even our day creams!
This year, sit tight my friends, it’s going to shake, we will drink iced coffee because mocha will be in the spot light…
In other words, as for my part, I reacted to the news with the composure I’m known for… whaaaatt??!??! Mocha, colour of the year… Why not marron glacé brown, too toasted toast brown, or taupe while we’re at it!

But, we know it, first impressions are sometimes misleading…
And for good reason, once I came to terms with the news, I started thinking about harmony, and what would be better to highlight our colours than a neutral tone, warm and comforting. Well yes, mocha is perfection. It will fit both to those who have a classic, timeless, and chic look, fans of quiet luxury, this new trending concept, and to the bold ones who like colours without going too far.
This beautiful composure that will then be our leitmotif for this new year…
