You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any items.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all original tags and accessories attached.

If returning your entire order, any complimentary items must also be returned.

Items purchased online may be returned in-store or by post.
All refunds for online orders will be processed via the website, even if the return is made in-store.

Return conditions vary depending on your country.

• When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued within 10 working days.
