For several weeks, that I am indecisive… Really busy with the purchases for next season in Paris, Milan, and Paris again… fairs, showrooms, meetings… Caught in this morose atmosphere with each morning a news item more absurd than the day before.
There was the César award ceremony. Even if I thought that glamour and flamboyance were really not there, Karim Leklou, a symbol for nice people, was awarded the Best Actor César. And I enjoyed it very much…
This week, I got to Saint-Tropez to « launch the season ». Under an unending torrential rain, a new face appeared: Geneviève, who comes to reinforce the team. Geneviève’s arrival gave me the opportunity to remind all our values at Victoire. To be human, before all else, with welcoming ways, benevolence, and mutual aid… because yes, we are decisively part of this nice people category too. Being nice with our clients every day is our number 1 priority. But being nice with each other is too. Gathering, uniting every member of the team, newly arrived or here for some time… This is the essential part, and at the present moment, there is really something to be proud!
